Housing rents continue to show strong growth, with quarterly increases of 5% in Lisbon and Porto

The rents of new contracts signed for residential rental continue to show strong growth, registering a quarterly increase of 5.5% in Lisbon and 4.8%  in Porto in Q2 2023. In Q1 2023, the quarter-on-quarter variations in rents for new contracts were 5.9% in Lisbon and 2.3% in Porto.
