House prices in Portugal increase 10.9% during the first half of the year

House sales prices in Mainland Portugal grew 10.9% during the first half of the year compared to the previous semester. There was also a 17.6% yoy increase. In Lisbon, prices are up 3.6% every six months and 10.6% year-on-year. In Porto, the increases were 11.1% and 19.6%, respectively.
