Prices in Lisbon’s historical centre dropped 14.4% in six months

Housing prices in Lisbon’s Historical Centre registered a biannual drop of 14.4% during the 2nd semester of 2020, resulting in a 12% yoy drop. In terms of aggregate variation, the current drop contrasts with the 2.9% increase registered during the same year’s 1st semester, despite the fact that during the last three years price behaviour in this region has been highly volatile.
