Expectations Weaken Over The Month

  • Sales expectations turn flat
  • House price inflation eases

“Several market indicators show that, on the one hand, the overall trend is positive but, on the other, there are signs of deacceleration in the main municipalities. This is evident in the house price indices computed by Confidencial Imobiliário, that show a reduction in price increases in Lisbon. In particular, the historical centre is leading the new stabilisation in the market, a scenario also pointed out by the agents in the survey”
