Portuguese Investment Property Survey
The Portuguese Investment Property Survey is a sentiment survey that aims to identify the latest market trends, following the perceptions and expectations of its most important players, namely the developers and investors active in Portugal.
It will allow the compiling of an index that captures changes in the market outlook, assisting the public and private agents in making decisions informed by additional qualitative and short-term metrics.
The survey is held every quarter.
It’s compiled by Confidencial Imobiliário, with the support of APPII – Associação Portuguesa dos Promotores e Investidores Imobiliários.
