Local Accommodation: July with occupancy rates of 12% in Lisbon and 17% in Porto

July witnessed the first steps towards recovery within the Local Accommodation markets of both Lisbon and Porto, registering the best performance of the post-Covid period. Nevertheless, the activity levels remain low, with the average occupancy rate reaching only 12% in Lisbon and 17% in Porto, according to the data compiled by Confidencial Imobiliário through its SIR-Alojamento Local (SIR – Local Accommodation).
