Local Accomodation occupancy reaches 5% in Lisbon and 3% in Porto

Even including some deconfinement days, the month of May confirmed the paralysation of the local accommodation market (AL), with the average occupancy rates for this type of accommodation reaching 5% in Lisbon and 3% in Porto. Number of nights sold and RevPar also further decreased.
