Prices within Lisbon’s Historic Centre recovered during the 1st semester

Real estate prices within Lisbon’s Historic Centre increased 2.9% during the first semester of 2020 when compared to the previous semester. This contradicts the cooling down trend shown throughout last year, when the biannual variation was close to 0 during the first semester, followed by a 3.8% drop during the second semester, the first negative result in five years
