Rents drop 6.9% in Lisbon during the 2nd quarter

The Índice de Rendas Residenciais (Housing Rents Index) shows the largest aggregated drop of the last 10 years in Lisbon and also in Portugal as a whole. In Mainland Portugal, the quarterly decrease was of 2.8%. Porto stabilised, with a 0.4% variation.
