Lisbon's residential rents rise again with a 1.8% increase in 2021

Housing rents increased 1.8% in Lisbon during 2021, a return to positive numbers. This represents a strong recovery when compared to 2020, when rents dropped 16.8% and it is even slightly higher than 2019’s increase of 1.4%.
