August confirms slow-down in price growth, with a monthly variation of 0.8%

Housing sales prices in Portugal recorded a monthly variation of 0.8% in August, consolidating the stabilisation trend of the latest months. After an accelerated start to the year, monthly price fluctuations slowed down from April onwards, and since then have been below 1.0%.
