Year starts with new acceleration in housing prices: January registered a 1.9% increase

The latest results from the Índice de Preços Residenciais (Housing Prices Index) for Portugal (Mainland) confirmed that the month of January continued the increase acceleration trend. During this month, housing prices increased 1.9% when compared to December and 13.8% when compared to January 2021.
