Porto: Rise in housing prices slows down to 13.7% in Q1 2023

Housing sales prices in Porto recorded a 13.7% year-on-year increase in Q1 2023, but this growth decelerated by 3.2 percentage points compared to the 16.9% year-on-year change observed in Q4 2022. On a quarterly basis, prices increased by 1.1% in Q1 2023, the lowest quarter-on-quarter change in two years.
