Housing prices increased 10.1% in Lisbon and 17.4% in Porto during the last year

Housing sales prices registered a 10.1% yoy increase in Lisbon and a 17.4% yoy increase in Porto, according to the Índice de Preços Residenciais (Housing Prices Index) concerning this year’s 3rd quarter. These housing prices also showed quarterly increases of 2.1% in Lisbon and 1.7% in Porto.
