Housing prices in Portugal ended 2021 with a 12.2% increase

The second year of the pandemic witnessed a strong valuation within the housing segment, with a 12.2% increase in housing prices in Portugal (Mainland) in 2021. This represents one of the highest yearly market increases since 2007, matching 2017 and having only been surpassed by the 15% increases registered both in 2018 and 2019.
