Property appreciation accelerates in May: house prices increase 2.5% in the last month

The housing sale prices in Portugal (Mainland) increased 2.5% in May when compared to the previous month. The monthly increase registered in May continues the strong growth seen in recent months and is one of the most robust within the last four years. During the same period, last year and at the end of 2018 identical monthly variations were observed.
