Housing sales grow 6.4% in May, reversing almost one year of declines

In the last three months, between March and May 2023, 33,800 dwellings have been sold in Portugal (Mainland). This estimated volume of sales reflects a growth of 6.4% compared to the previous three months (from December 2022 to February 2023), when 31,800 dwellings were sold in the country, and reverses the downward trend of sales seen over last year.
