May sustained recovery of Local Accommodation: occupancy of 73% in Lisbon and 56% in Porto

The month of May continued the recovery of Local Accommodation (AL) that took place during Easter, reaching an average occupancy rate of 73% in Lisbon and 56% in Porto. Lisbon has thus maintained occupancy at peak levels, which had been reached both during the previous month and in May 2019. In the case of Porto, the average occupancy in May exceeded the one recorded in April (54%), but still below the occupancy rate observed in May 2019 (66%).
