Foreigners from 60 countries acquired €403 million in housing within Lisbon’s Urban Renewal Area in 2022 1st semester

During the first six months of 2022, foreign citizens purchased around 790 housing assets within Lisbon’s Urban Renewal Area (ARU) for a total €403 million in investment. During this period, the average investment ticket by foreign citizens reached €509 thousand and the acquisitions were carried out by buyers from 60 different countries.
