Housing sales in Lisbon’s ARU (Urban Renewal Area) grew 24% during reopening after lockdown

Between March and May 2021, which corresponded to the reopening period that followed the second lockdown, housing sales grew 24% when compared to the previous quarter within Lisbon’ ARU (Urban Renewal Area). During the second quarter, more than 1.400 housing transactions were registered, compared to the 1.130 transactions registered during the first quarter.
