Rents stabilise in Lisbon, registering a quarterly variation of only -0.1%

Housing rents in Lisbon registered a quarterly variation of only 0.1% during 2021’s 2nd quarter, interrupting the heavy chain reductions which had started at the beginning of 2020. Thus, the practically null variation now registered is much more positive than the quarterly average variation of -4.3% registered since the start of 2020.
