Housing rents dropped 6% since the beginning of the pandemic

Housing rents dropped 6% in Portugal (Mainland) since the beginning of the pandemic, revealed Confidencial Imobiliário. In Lisbon, the yoy variation between the 1st quarter of 2020 and the 1st quarter of 2021 (marking one year of pandemic) was 18% and in Porto 8%.
