Housing sales are steady, sitting around 31,800 dwellings

Forecasts for Q3 2023 point to 31,800 dwellings sold in mainland Portugal, according to projections made by Confidencial Imobiliário based on sales reported to SIR-Sistema de Informação Residencial database. This volume places demand at similar levels to the previous quarter, when 32,500 units were sold.
