Numbrr of housing sales increses in the last two quarters

Some 33,200 dwellings will have been sold in mainland Portugal in Q4 2023. This is the fourth consecutive quarter in which housing sales in the country have been around 33,000 units. This performance reverses the downward trend signalled at the beginning of the year and suggests that the market is recovering from the shock of rising interest rates.
